A good showing by the Ladies Section on Thursday saw Gail Brown, Ruth Stockley and Paula Burke winning the Bowmaker Stableford by one point in a very close competition.

The cold weather did not put anyone off on Sunday and a non qualifier Stableford was played with holes 14, 15 and 16 closed due to frost. Steve Orchard came top with 29 and there was a three way tie for 2nd place between Ben Thurman, Keith Wright and Kevin Garrett on 27.
